Production plan:
The MES system interfaces with the upper system to read sales order information, record product information, required quantity, required time, and other information. The production plan is formed into a work order according to the process requirements of the product model. The work order execution status will be associated with the production plan, so that production data can be traced and the production plan can also be modified based on the work order execution status.
Product Model:
The process management of the MES system consists of three parts: production process, BOM, and routing, and specifies the relationship between them. Process management organically combines production factors such as materials, personnel, equipment, processes, and quality inspection. It describes the production process in detail, and can guide production scheduling, pre production material distribution, and form production work orders.
Process traceability:

Production scheduling:
